Frequently Asked Questions
How long is each dino performance?
Each package includes 30 minutes of active performance time. Because of the physical demands of the animatronic suit, performers require a 15-minute break between sessions. You can book multiple sessions with breaks in between!
Can the dinosaur walk around or does it stay in one place?
That depends on the package!

What kind of space do you need?
Our large dinosaurs need at least 8x10 feet of clear space, free of obstacles. If you're booking a walk-around package, please ensure there's room for safe movement indoors or outdoors.
Are the dinosaurs scary for young kids?
Our dinosaurs are life-sized and realistic, but our handlers are trained to adjust based on the crowd. For younger kids or sensory-sensitive guests, we take a gentle and fun approach!
What areas do you serve?
We’re based in Jacksonville, FL, and serve the greater Jackaonville and Georgia surrounding areas. Mileage and travel fees apply and are quoted based on your event address.
Do you offer packages for schools or corporate events?
Yes! We offer fully customizable packages for schools, libraries, festivals, and corporate events. Visit our “Custom Events” section or contact us directly to create the perfect experience.
Can I book more than one session?
Absolutely! You can book multiple 30-minute blocks (with 15-minute breaks in between) for longer events or large guest lists. We’ll help plan the best flow.
How do I secure my date?
ust fill out the Book Now form with your event details. A team member will reach out within 24–48 hours to confirm availability. A non-refundable deposit is required to lock in your time slot.
What happens if it rains?
We can perform indoors or outdoors, but the suit cannot get wet. If your event is outside, we recommend a covered area or a backup indoor location. Weather-related rescheduling can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
